HR Manager to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

✅  Recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

✅  Manage payroll, attendance, and HR policies.

✅  Handle performance management and grievance redressal.

✅  Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory needs.

✅  Foster a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

·    Postgraduate in HR or Business Administration.

·    3+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.

·    Strong communication and leadership skills.

·    Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.

Office Time – Monday to Saturday (11 am – 7 pm)

Location: Salt Lake Sector 2, Karunamoyee.

Employment Type: Full-Time
