HR Manager

Job Title: Urgently Required minimum 7 years experienced HR Manager.

Location: Chitpur\Camac Street, Kolkata.

Department: HR

Reports To: Director

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Walk in Interview: 03rd November – 10th November 2025.

Interview Time: 11:00 am - 7 pm.

Experience: Minimum 7 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist in posting job ads on various platforms.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Conduct initial screening of resumes.

Maintain candidate databases.

Employee Onboarding:

Help with the onboarding process of new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.).

Prepare employee files and ensure all HR records are up to date.

HR Operations:

Maintain attendance and leave records.

Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with finance if needed.

Help in processing employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, etc.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure proper maintenance of employee records (digitally or physically).

Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance.

General Administrative Tasks:

Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Handle correspondence and other administrative duties as needed.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Organizational and multitasking abilities

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or

related fields)
