HR Manager

Overseeing all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. Bridging the gap between management and employees, developing strategies to boost employee engagement, foster a positive culture, and align HR initiatives with organizational goals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain talent.
• Employee Relations: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts, address grievances, and manage disciplinary procedures.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Performance & Development: Manage performance appraisal systems, salary reviews, and training initiatives.
• Strategic Planning: Develop HR strategies that support company objectives, focusing on organizational development and culture.
• Administration: Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HRIS data analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR manager or similar senior role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to use HR metrics to drive decision-making.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are preferred.
