• Human Resources Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Management Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Performance ManagementAssist in goal-setting, appraisals, and performance reviews
• Monitor employee performance and development plans
• Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
• Support onboarding and continuous employee development initiatives
• Payroll & Compliance Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements
• Maintain HR policies

• Operations ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative ManagementOversee daily office operations and administrative functions
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility services
• Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
• Vendor & Asset Management Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors
• Manage company assets, inventory, and procurement records
• Must have good command in English
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office
