Sourcing & Screening: Independently manage and execute sourcing strategies tailored for blue-collar roles, including local job fairs, community outreach, market drives, existing employee referrals, and social media groups.

Volume Management: Consistently meet high-volume hiring targets on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring a continuous supply of candidates to maintain operational strength.

Interview & Selection: Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic and in-person) to assess candidates' basic skills, availability, and fit for the work culture.

Documentation: Ensure all mandatory documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank details, education proof, etc.) are collected, verified, and accurately logged during the pre-joining stage.

Market Mapping: Maintain local market knowledge regarding prevailing wages, competitor recruitment strategies, and candidate availability.

Onboarding: Conduct initial employee orientation and complete all joining formalities for new hires.

Documentation Management: Maintain digital and physical files for all new blue-collar employees.

Attendance & Roster Support: Coordinate with operations teams to assist in the initial setup of employee attendance tracking and basic roster management.

Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for basic employee queries related to joining, documentation, or initial payroll information.
