Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and on boarding. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to identify suitable talent for different roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

* Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability

* Schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

* Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities

* Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms

* Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements

* Assist in on boarding and documentation of selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

* 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR or other fields

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in IT / International BPO / Sales/Bulk hiring.

*Shift Timing- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

*Saturdays- Half-day Sundays- Fixed OFF
