• Create and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• 📞 Screening & ShortlistingConduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Evaluate resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• 🤝 Interview CoordinationCoordinate interview rounds and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding status updates.
• Assist hiring managers throughout the interview process.
• 📝 Documentation & OnboardingManage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment databases and applicant records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• 📊 Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Track hiring metrics like TAT, conversion rate, and source effectiveness.
• Suggest improvements for recruitment process optimization.
