HR Recruiter

Key responsibilities include understanding manpower requirements in coordination with hiring managers, creating and posting job advertisements, and sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. The Recruitment Executive will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds with relevant stakeholders. They will also manage offer rollouts, negotiate compensation within approved guidelines, and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.

The role involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, updating candidate databases, and preparing regular recruitment status reports. Building a strong talent pipeline and maintaining relationships with potential candidates is essential. The Recruitment Executive must ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a good understanding of recruitment techniques. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
