Job Title: HR Recruiter/Senior Hr Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

• Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions and specifications.
• Post job openings on internal and external job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms(Naukri, Apna, Timesjob) (Facebook job posting, Linkdin)
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with Higher authority
• Coordinate and participate in interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including background checks and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements related to recruitment.
