HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result driven HR Recruiter to manage hiring for our operational cities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and lining up candidates, scheduling interviews, and handling basic HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment for multiple cities (Kolkata, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
• Handle HR-related paperwork and onboarding documentation
