• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles
• Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
• Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
• Familiarity with IT hiring (developers, testers, designers, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Knowledge of job portals and sourcing tools
• Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance
• Preferred SkillsExperience in an IT services or software company
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Ability to close positions quickly and efficiently
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
