π Role Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent. This role requires strong communication, candidate management, and coordination skills.
- π Key Responsibilitiesπ Talent Sourcing Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & networking.
- Create and post job ads on various hiring platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- π Screening & EvaluationConduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- π€ Interview CoordinationCoordinate multiple interview rounds smoothly.
- Keep candidates informed about interview status & next steps.
- Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
- π Documentation & OnboardingPrepare offer letters and manage joining documentation.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain recruitment records and update internal databases.
- π Reporting & TrackingPrepare daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline, closures).
- Recommend process improvements for better efficiency.

- Strong sourcing and screening abilities π

- Experience in BPO, sales, bulk hiring, or corporate hiring is an added advantage β
