📌 Role Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent. This role requires strong communication, candidate management, and coordination skills.

• 🛠 Key Responsibilities🔍 Talent Sourcing Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & networking.
• Create and post job ads on various hiring platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• 📞 Screening & EvaluationConduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• 🤝 Interview CoordinationCoordinate multiple interview rounds smoothly.
• Keep candidates informed about interview status & next steps.
• Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• 📝 Documentation & OnboardingPrepare offer letters and manage joining documentation.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience.
• Maintain recruitment records and update internal databases.
• 📊 Reporting & TrackingPrepare daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline, closures).
• Recommend process improvements for better efficiency.
