  • Create and post job ads on various hiring platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

  • Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
