Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute recruitment plans to meet the organization's hiring needs, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

2. Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and the company website.

3. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, job fairs, and employee referrals, to attract candidates. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.

4. Interview Coordination and Support: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.

5. Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages.

6. Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

7. Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Provide regular reports to stakeholders.

8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and hiring.


Requirements and Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.

3. Skills:

  1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  3. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other relevant certifications preferred.
