Job Description

  1. Arrange and ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for site work.
  2. Assign job tasks to technicians and workers and monitor daily work progress.
  3. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  4. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems as per drawings and standards.
  5. Ensure all site activities follow safety guidelines and quality standards.
  6. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide guidance to the work team.
  7. Maintain proper documentation such as daily reports, material usage, manpower allocation, and site inspections.
  8. Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and compliance with project specifications.
  9. Communicate project status, delays, or requirements to management and clients.
  10. Ensure proper handover of the site, including final inspections, snag list completion, and submission of necessary documents.
