Job Description
1. Inspect and troubleshoot malfunctioning HVAC equipment (AHU, ERV, Cassette, Pump, etc.).
2. Repair/replace defective parts (cooling coil, filter, blower, refrigerant piping, valves, etc.) to ensure smooth operation.
3. Routine testing and checking of all HVAC equipment.
4. Attend complaint calls and repair/rectify issues with Air Conditioning Units (Indoor/Outdoor).
5. Replace defective/damaged parts to ensure smooth operation.
6. Routine checking and servicing of all AC Units to maintain proper working condition.
