About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via outbound calls and handles customer query.

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues

- Providing product/service information to customers

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

·        B.Tech In Civil Engineer is required

·        Fresher can apply

·        Need to be fluent in Oriya & Hindi

·        No leave requirement for upcoming 3 months

. Should have knowledge in 2D , 3D Design, Compound Wall

Shifts:

·        Working Window: 8 A.M to 8 P.M

·        No night shift

·        Any 9 hour during the shared window

·        6 working days with 1 rotational week off

Salary:

Oriya + Hindi+ Bengali
