Import Export Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Export Manager who can independently handle international sales, documentation, logistics coordination, and buyer development. This role requires strong ownership mindset and fast execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage overseas buyers and agents
• Handle export documentation, contracts, LC terms, shipment planning
• Coordinate with production, logistics, CHA and shipping lines
• Negotiate price, payment terms and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely execution of export orders
• Maintain regular communication with international clients

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in export of rice / agro commodities
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, LC, CAD, DP payment terms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
• Market development mindset — not just office coordination
