Indian-Chinese Chef

We are looking for an experienced Indian-Chinese Cook who can prepare authentic Indo-Chinese dishes with consistency, taste, and speed. The candidate should be skilled in wok handling, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring timely service for dine-in and delivery orders.

• 🍳 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes such as:

Hakka noodles, Fried rice, Chilli Chicken, Soups, Momos, Chicken Kasha , Butter Masala , Pulao, Paratha, etc.

• Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work area.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage inventory of vegetables, sauces, and ingredients.
• Coordinate with service staff for timely order delivery.
• Assist in menu planning, daily prep, and food cost control.
• Supervise kitchen helpers or commis if assigned.
