Job Title: Injection Moulding Machine Man

Reports To: Production Supervisor

Position Overview: The Injection Moulding Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection moulding machines to produce components as per production schedules.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality and conformity to specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of moulding machines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Record production data and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Assist in the setup and changeover of moulding machines for different production runs.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that final products meet company standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in injection moulding.
• Basic understanding of machinery and production operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.
