Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team in generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and driving revenue growth for CAD/CAM software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.
• Identify industries, manufacturing companies, and educational institutions
• Maintain and update prospect database.
• Connect with customers and understand their CAD/CAM/CAE requirements
• Explain software features, benefits, and licensing options clearly
• Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales/technical team
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information documents
• Follow up with customers for demo feedback, and purchase order closure
• Ensure proper follow-up tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with technical team for demos, POCs, and trial license requirements
• Assist field sales team in closing deals by providing necessary documentation and updates
• Maintain opportunity pipeline and weekly/monthly sales reports
• Ensure compliance with OEM sales processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc. preferred)
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email drafting)

Eligibility Criteria

✅ Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

✅ Freshers can apply

✅ Candidates with minimum 6 months inside sales / B2B sales experience will be preferred

✅ Interest in CAD/CAM/Engineering software sales is a must.
