Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to sales enquiries received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, email, phone, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Quickly connect with enquiry leads, understand requirements, and qualify potential opportunities
• Coordinate internally for costing and share quotations, product specifications, and details
• Drive regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Identify and reach out to procurement and sourcing teams of target companies (e-commerce, logistics, quick commerce, retail chains, corporates)
• Coordinate with sampling, production, and dispatch teams for smooth execution of orders
• Maintain and update lead pipeline, enquiry tracker, and sales MIS in Excel/CRM
• Support management in identifying new potential corporate accounts

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in B2B inside sales / corporate sales support
• Experience handling IndiaMART / TradeIndia or similar B2B portal leads preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, email communication, and online research
• Highly organised, proactive, and strong follow-up orientation
• Ability to quickly understand customised manufacturing products and client specifications
