Telesales Executive

We’re Hiring: Tele Sales Specialist — South Kolkata

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 in-hand + Lucrative Incentives

Location: South Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital outreach

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential B2B clients through cold calling, tele sales activities, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach.

Present and explain products/services to prospective clients

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports

Collaborate with the marketing team for better lead conversion

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (sales experience preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
