Job Description
We are looking for POS Agents to promote and sell Shriram Life Insurance products. The role involves identifying potential customers, explaining policy features and benefits, and assisting them in completing applications and documentation. POS Agents must maintain good customer relationships, provide basic after-sales service, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and explain life insurance products to customers.
Assist customers with proposal forms, KYC, and documentation.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.Provide basic policy servicing and support.
