▫ *Role and Responsibilities :* - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the areas of operations including recruitment, , business operation, management and team leading.

▫ *Salary :* 19000(Inc. Allowance) fixed + incentives

▫ *Recruitment Process :* Interview + IRDAI Exam + OJT

▫ *IRDAI Exam Center:* NSE-IT Center(Near your Location)

▫ *Location:* This hiring is being Done for Kolkata regional office

▫ *Office Working Days :* 5 Days(Monday to Friday) 

▫ *Working Time :* 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

▪ *This Job is totally work from home and It's a Fix Salary.*

▪ *If you get selected in interview then your next step will be exam of IC(Insurance Consultant).* 

▪ *IRDAI exam Mandatory for this job because here you will start with an IC designation* 

▪ *Company provides 7 days training properly + product session for exam* 

▪ *For your help company provides experienced seniors , and a whatsapp group, IRDAI Exam aap, mock series, study material all over.*

▪ *During the training period, Trainees will receive a stipend of 60k to 1.05Lakh according to their performance base. The training (theory and practical) will be approximately 3 months. Currently, training will be provided via ZOOM apps*
