We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing clients, offering customized investment solutions across mutual funds, insurance products, and other wealth management services. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, financial product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients through leads, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Understand client financial needs and recommend appropriate mutual funds, insurance products, and wealth management solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide regular portfolio updates and financial reviews.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for mutual funds, insurance policies, and related products.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, customer service) to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing.
• Conduct financial awareness seminars/webinars and client engagement activities when needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA/CFP preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in financial sales, preferably in mutual funds, insurance, or wealth management.
• AMFI/NISM and IRDA certifications are mandatory or should be acquired within probation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales drive and customer-focused attitude.
