We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Site In-Charge to manage a 30-day commercial interior fit-out project in Kolkata.

The role requires hands-on site execution, coordination with vendors, and daily progress reporting.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site activities and execution
• Coordinate carpentry, electrical, painting & furniture vendors
• Read and execute as per drawings & BOQs
• Ensure work quality and project timelines
• Track material usage and site measurements
• Share daily photo/video progress updates
• Coordinate with central office (remote)
• 🎯 Requirements5+ years experience in commercial interior / office fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution & vendor coordination
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs
• Bengali & Hindi communication preferred
• Must be available full-time on site for 30 days
• 💰 Salary / Compensation₹45,000 – ₹65,000 (for 30 days)
• Payment on milestone / project completion basis
