About Us

DesignOne is a premium interior design firm specializing in high-end residential interiors and modular furniture execution. With in-house modular production through Raw Canvas, we focus on precision, finishing quality, and structured execution.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor who can independently manage interior project sites from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of interior execution at site
• Coordination with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, marble teams
• Supervision of modular furniture installation (wardrobes, kitchens, storage units)
• Reading and understanding AutoCAD drawings
• Ensuring quality standards and finishing tolerances
• Tracking material usage and preventing wastage
• Maintaining daily site progress reports with photographs
• Monitoring timelines and escalating delays in advance
• Handling client interactions professionally at site

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in interior site supervision
• Experience in residential interior projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation
• Ability to manage labour independently
• Basic understanding of BOQ and material tracking
• Must be disciplined, punctual, and solution-oriented
• Kolkata-based candidates preferred
