International B2B Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven individuals for our US Energy Sales Process. This is a voice-based outbound sales role, where you will engage with customers in the US to promote and sell energy plans. If you have excellent communication skills and a flair for sales, this is a great opportunity to build your career in international BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based customers for energy product sales.
• Pitch suitable energy plans based on customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English (US accent is a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Prior experience in US sales/voice process preferred (freshers with good communication may also apply).

Work Schedule & Perks:

🗓️ Work Days: Monday to Friday

📆 Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

🕢 Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST
