Hiring for International BPO Telecaller – US Process (No Sales - Collection process)

📍 Location: Sector V, Kolkata (Work from Office)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

🕒 Shift: US Shift (Night)

📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)

✅ Candidate Requirements

·        Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in International BPO (Sales/Collection)

·        Prior experience in US Process preferred

·        Excellent communication skills in English

·        Strong convincing & negotiation skills

·        Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset

🎯 Key Responsibilities

·        Handle outbound/inbound calls with US customers

·        Explain and negotiate loan settlement options

·        Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships

·        Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales & collection targets

·        Maintain accurate records of conversations and transactions

·        Provide clear guidance on repayment and settlement plans
