Key Responsibilities

Engage with international customers through inbound calls and assist with travel-related queries.

Promote and sell customized international travel packages.

Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate travel solutions.

Coordinate with global travel suppliers to ensure smooth bookings.

Stay updated with international travel trends, offers, and destinations.

Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Deliver high-quality customer service and support.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Candidates with previous BPO, travel, or sales experience are a plus.

Passion for travel and global cultures.

Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
