International BPO Executive

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Client acquisition through cold calling and outbound strategies

• Regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Handle international clients (US, UK, NZ, AUS markets)

• Sell software solutions including CRM, SaaS products, Websites & Applications

• Maintain records and track communication effectively

🎯 Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills

• Proven experience in selling CRM, SaaS, websites, or application-based solutions

• Strong experience in cold calling & client handling

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in night shift (international process)

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
