Best Hope Solution is hiring Telecalling Executives for our UK Outbound Sales Process.

This is a pure voice-based outbound calling role where you will connect with UK customers to promote home appliance services and extended warranty plans.This position is ideal for *freshers*and *experience both*. They are welcome to apply in the international BPO sector.

You will be responsible for explaining service details, building customer interest, and achieving weekly/ monthly targets but *Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)* 

*🔑Key Responsibilities*:

Make outbound calls to UK customers for home appliance services & warranties.

Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly and confidently.

Engage customers and convert potential leads into sales ,Meet weekly calling and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate customer data and call records.

Follow company calling scripts and compliance guidelines.

👉 *Required Skills*:

*Good English communication skills (mandatory)* 

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Basic computer knowledge.

Confidence in handling customer conversations.

💰 *Salary & Benefits:* 

✨ Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

✨ Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

🚖 Transport: Drop facility available (based on location)

🕐 Shift Time: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM (UK Shift)

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday

🌴 Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
