International Voice Process

Job Overview:

DWC Technologies is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Specialists for our International Voice Process. We are hiring both experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to build a career in sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/inbound international sales calls professionally
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

• For Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in international sales process is required
• For Freshers: Must be from an English medium educational background
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Requirements:

1. Freshers should be from an English medium board
2. Experienced candidates must have international sales experience
3. Willingness to work in night shifts
4. Quick learning ability and adaptability

Shift Details:

• Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
