Summary:
We are seeking a skilled International Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Newtown, Kolkata. This full-time role is part of a global voice process within a leading multinational organization, where you will serve as a key point of contact for international customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service through professional, accurate, and empathetic voice interactions. You will resolve customer inquiries, ensure compliance with service standards, and contribute to a positive brand experience across global markets. This role offers a structured growth path for freshers and experienced professionals alike, with opportunities to develop advanced communication, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls/ chats from international customers across diverse time zones
• Accurately understand customer concerns and provide timely, effective, and compliant resolutions
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout every interaction to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Log and update customer interactions in the CRM and support systems with precision and consistency
• Consistently meet or exceed quality, productivity, and compliance targets set by the team and management
• Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, technical support, and operations to escalate and resolve complex issues
RequirementsRequirements:
• Open to only 6months and above experienced candidates in international BPO can apply
• Freshers not eligible
• Any undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree is acceptable
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and spoken) with clear pronunciation and fluency
• Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be based in Kolkata and available for on-site work
