International Voice Process Agent

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries and complaints.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets for metrics like customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. 

Required qualifications and skills

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. 
• Customer service: A strong customer service orientation and the ability to empathize with customers are essential. 
• Problem-solving: Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are necessary to address customer issues effectively. 
• Technical proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and typing skills are required. 
• Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
