Job Title: Tele Survey Executive (Fresher Only)

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Shift Timing: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Afternoon Shift)

Job Description:

We are hiring freshers for a Tele Survey process. This is a simple calling role where you will interact with customers and conduct short surveys over the phone. No prior experience is required — complete training will be provided.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 (Based on interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Conduct telephonic surveys using provided script
• Capture responses accurately in the system
• Maintain basic call records and follow instructions

• Freshers only (No prior experience required)
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Basic computer knowledge
