Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, confident, and target-driven female candidates for our UK B2B Campaign. The role involves approaching small and medium-sized business owners in the UK to offer tailored business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B sales calls to UK-based business owners.
- Present and explain business products effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
- Follow professional, clear, and grammatically correct communication standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Minimum Qualification: Class 10th Pass.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Process (B2B or B2C).
- Skills: Excellent English communication, strong sales & negotiation skills.
- Must be confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM experience is a plus).
Job Details
- Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (IST)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹27,000 CTC
- Incentives: Unlimited earning potential.
