Calling Specialist

We are looking for dynamic professionals who can give customer support UK based company.

Proficiency in English is a must.

SHIFT: DAY SHIFT (Starting from 12.30 PM in the afternoon)

Working DAYS: MON - FRI (Saturday Half day)

Location: Kasba, Kolkata

The major roles & responsibilities include: -

1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe

2. Provide correct information to the customers

3. Enters details into the CRM

4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance.

5. Maintain database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.

6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.

7. Keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.

8. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.

9. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.

Salary Expectations

We are looking for professionals with experience and freshers too

The salary will range between 12,000 to 18,000 (Salary + Incentives Structure)
