Shift: Australian Shift (2:30am to 11:30am/3:30am to 12:30 Pm/4:30am to 1:30pm)

Shift allowances upto 5K

Experience: 1–5 Years

Job Description:

We are hiring Australian Energy Sales Executives for an international voice process. The role involves selling electricity and gas plans to Australian customers, understanding their energy requirements, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales calls for Australian energy customers

Pitch electricity & gas plans clearly and confidently

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable energy plans

Close sales and achieve daily/monthly targets

Ensure compliance with Australian energy regulations and scripts

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

Eligibility & Skills:

Prior experience in Australian Energy Sales is mandatory

Excellent English communication & negotiation skills

Strong closing ability and objection handling

Target-driven mindset

Knowledge of Australian energy retailers and plans is a plus
