Inventory Controller

Job Title: Zoho Specialist 

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Specialist to manage and optimize our business operations using the Zoho suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zoho Inventory with working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining these systems to streamline our business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and manage Zoho Inventory to track stock levels, manage warehouses, process sales and purchase orders, and generate inventory reports
• Set up and maintain integrations between Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Books to ensure seamless data flow across platforms
• Create and customize workflows, automation rules, and reports within the Zoho ecosystem to meet business requirements
• Manage product catalogs, pricing structures, and inventory adjustments in Zoho Inventory
• Provide user training and ongoing support to team members using Zoho applications
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with Zoho support when necessary
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on inventory levels, sales performance, and financial data
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all Zoho platforms
• Recommend and implement best practices for using Zoho applications effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience working extensively with Zoho Inventory (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
• Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and processes
• Experience with data migration, import/export processes, and system integrations
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to train and support end-users
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system configurations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certification in one or more Zoho applications
• Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting for advanced customizations
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party application connections
• Experience with other Zoho applications (Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, etc.)
• Background in accounting, finance, or supply chain management
