Location: Kolkata (On-site Only)

Shift Requirement: Night Shift (US Process) Mandatory

Timing : 9 PM To 7 AM

Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Summary :

We are hiring a hands-on IT Executive to manage and maintain our BPO IT infrastructure including LAN network, managed switches, routers, multiple Internet Leased Lines (ILL), Fortinet firewall, dialer systems (Vicidial & GoAutoDial), client VPN connectivity, and IT asset inventory. This is a mission-critical role responsible for ensuring network uptime, dialer stability, secure client connectivity, and smooth BPO operations. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict Screening)

• Must be currently based in Kolkata

• Must be willing to work night shifts

• Current Annual CTC must not exceed ₹1,75,000

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in BPO IT / Network Support

• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks

• Experience managing managed switches & routers

• Experience handling multiple Internet Leased Lines

• Working knowledge of Fortinet firewall

• Experience supporting Vicidial / GoAutoDial

• Experience handling client VPN configurations Key Responsibilities Network & Infrastructure

• Manage LAN across production floor

• Configure and troubleshoot managed switches (VLAN, port configs)

• Handle router configuration & WAN connectivity

• Manage multiple ISP leased lines (failover / load balancing)

• Ensure minimal downtime during live campaigns Firewall & Security

• Configure and manage Fortinet firewall

• Setup and maintain IPSec / SSL VPN tunnels

• Configure firewall policies, NAT & access rules

• Monitor logs and security alerts Dialer & Telephony Support

• Install, configure and troubleshoot: o Vicidial o GoAutoDial

• Manage SIP trunk configuration

• Coordinate with telecom vendors

• Monitor dialer server performance Client Network Coordination

• Maintain client VPN connectivity

• Work with client-side firewall/switch configurations

• Ensure compliance with client IT security policies

• Troubleshoot routing and latency issues IT Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain IT hardware inventory

• Track allocation of desktops, switches, routers, headsets

• Coordinate AMC and vendor repairs

• Maintain updated network documentation

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

• VLAN & subnet configuration

• NAT & port forwarding

• Firewall policy management

• Basic Linux server handling (for dialer support)

• Strong troubleshooting skills under production pressure Key KPIs
