IT Support\ Technical Support Executive

Job Summary:

The IT Support Executive is responsible for maintaining the organisation's computer systems, networks, and call centre infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees and ensuring system security and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to BPO agents and staffs for hardware , software , and network issues.

* Install,configure,and maintain desktops,laptops, printers, headsets, and IP phones.

* Manage call center software, CRM tools, and dialer systems.

* Monitor network connectivity , servers, and internet performance.

* Troubleshoot system errors, login issues, and application problems.

* Perform system updates,  antivirus checks, and data backups.

* Maintain it asset inventory and documentation.

* Ensure data security and complience with company policies.

* Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and upgrades.

Required skills:

* Knowledge of Windows OS,basic linux, and networking fundamentals.

* Understanding of LAN,WAN,VPN, and VoIP systems.

* Familiarity with call centre technologies(dialers,CRM systwems.

* Basic hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance .

* Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science\ IT\ BCA\ b.Tech or related field.

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
