IT Hardware Networking Intern

Location: Kolkata

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
• Support in maintaining IT asset records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the IT team for system updates, patching, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT-related queries through ticketing systems or direct communication.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Recently completed a degree/diploma in Hardware Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
