IT Support Executive

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive who can manage our office IT infrastructure, handle server room operations, and resolve all networking and system-related issues in real time. The candidate must be available full-time in the office to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage and monitor server room operations

• Handle LAN/WiFi network setup, troubleshooting & maintenance

• Resolve system issues (desktop/laptop/printer/network downtime)

• Ensure zero downtime for business-critical operations

• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls

• Install and manage software, OS, antivirus

• Coordinate with vendors for internet, hardware, AMC

• Maintain data backups & security protocols

• Setup and manage new systems, user accounts & access

• Monitor and fix internet connectivity issues instantly

• Maintain proper IT logs and issue tracking

• Strong knowledge of Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewall
• Basic knowledge of server handling (Windows/Linux preferred)
• Troubleshooting skills for hardware & software issues
• Knowledge of remote desktop tools
• Understanding of data security & backup systems
