IT Support Executive

Job Summary:

Esvastica Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and end-user support across corporate office and multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices
• Administration of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs, and internet connectivity
• Provide L2/L3 IT support to office users and site teams
• Manage email systems, domain, antivirus, backups, and access controls
• Coordinate with OEMs, ISPs, and service providers for issue resolution
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance best practices
• Asset management, software licensing, and IT documentation
• Support IT systems used for projects (CCTV, NMS, servers, VMS, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Graduate / B.Tech / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and support
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking & Security
• Experience with firewall management, backups, and troubleshooting
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred:

• Experience in EPC / Technology / Infrastructure organizations
• Exposure to Smart City, CCTV, ITS, or Utility projects
• Willingness to support multiple locations and travel if required
