• Role: Jewellery Sales Associate
• Age: 24 – 30years
• Gender: Female
• Education: Graduate
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Fresher can apply
• Shift: Day (Full Time)
• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery
• Promote and showcase gold & diamond collections
• Explain product details, pricing, purity, and offers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Manage counter sales and billing support
• Maintain product displays and ensure showroom cleanliness
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain stock records and coordinate with the store manager
• 🛠 Required Skills:
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Customer engagement
• B2C & counter sales experience
• Jewellery product knowledge (gold/diamond)
• Strong selling & persuasion skills
• Polite, confident & well-groomed personality
• Ability to handle walk-in customers
• 💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000
• Incentive: ₹4,000 per month
• Benefits: Overtime Pay, Annual Bonus, PF, ESI (ESIC)
