Junior Account Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Kolkata (West Bengal)

Experience: 1–5 Years

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment follow-ups
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and monitor daily cash flow
• Maintain ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and clients for payment issues
• Support monthly closing, MIS reports, and audit preparation
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance records
• Assist in salary processing & expense tracking (if required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Must-Have Skills (Keywords for Hiring):Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• MIS Reporting
• Invoice Processing
• Vendor Management
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

• Eligibility Criteria:B.Com / M.Com (preferred)
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Accounts
