Junior Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who will assist in daily accounting work including GST entries, purchase and sales entries, banking, payroll support, and inventory coordination. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain daily accounts in Tally

· Purchase and sales entry

· GST entry and basic GST support

· Bank reconciliation and banking work

· Assist in payroll and salary preparation

· Maintain inventory and stock-related entries

· Support in audit and accounts finalisation

· Maintain proper financial records and documentation

· Coordinate with senior accounts team and management

Requirements

· Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel 

· Understanding of GST and accounting basics 

· 2–5 years of experience in accounts preferred

· B.Com or any commerce graduate preferred

· Responsible and disciplined attitude

· Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
