Junior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

1.    Financial Management

• Maintain and review general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor company expenses, revenues, and profitability.

2.    Banking & Reconciliation

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
• Manage RTGS, NEFT, and other banking transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for financial matters.

3.    Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and government dues.
• Assist in tax assessments and audits.

4.    Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Monitor outstanding receivables and vendor payments.
• Verify invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.

5.    Audit & Documentation

• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

6.    Team Supervision

• Guide and monitor junior accountants and accounting assistants.
• Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed.

7.    Financial Reporting

• Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally / accounting software
• Understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and reporting skills
