Junior Accountant

Role Overview:Esvastica Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, project billing support, and financial record-keeping. The role will closely work with the management and project teams to ensure accurate financial control across multiple projects and business units.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain books of accounts in Tally (Prime/ERP) on a daily basis
• Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups
• Prepare and verify RA bills, project-wise billing, and reconciliation
• Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with GSTR-2B
• TDS calculation, deduction, and filing (TDS returns, Form 26Q/24Q)
• Maintain purchase, expense, and payment vouchers with proper documentation
• Support banking activities, cheque preparation, NEFT/RTGS, and reconciliation
• Assist in monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reporting
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
• Maintain payroll inputs and salary coordination with HR
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
• Requirements & Qualifications:B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting (preferably in project-based / EPC / system integration companies)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, and TDS
• Experience in handling multi-site / multi-project accounting is an advantage
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
• Preferred Skills:Understanding of construction, electrical, IT, or infrastructure project billing
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Good coordination and communication skills
